Division
The Identity and Access Management team is part of the Cyber Information Security Office Division and is in charge of implementing, operating and managing all the accesses from, to or within the Euroclear IT infrastructure. The main mission is to ensure that each individual has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons as well as to respond to the increasingly rigorous compliance requirements. The services covered by the teams include user lifecycle management, privileged access management, Infrastructure management and security advisory services in the context of Identity and Access Management.
Role:
This is a designer / system role where you will contribute upgrading the Operating System of some of the main Sailpoint infrastructure components (IQService and Connector Gateway. You will join the IAM Technical Enablers squad in the IDAM department. This role includes the analysis, design, build, test and deployment of the new infrastructure aligned to the established Euroclear project governance.
This is a purely an infrastructure project, so on top of the very good knowledge of implementing Sailpoint solutions, we are looking for someone who is proficient with hardware and Operating Systems (
You will be expected to design the new infrastructure, and document all the technical details following the company standard templates such as a High Level Technical Design; Detailed Functional Design; Detailed Technical Design, where you will need to obtain sign-off from reviewers while addressing all the concerns.
You will coordinate the build of the new infrastructure in our test environment, install all the Sailpoint prerequisites and products, and ensure the solution goes through all the formal testing stages with our internal customers to obtain sign-offs.
Once tested and signed-off, you will perform handovers to our Integration Team, which may include performing training, knowledge sharing, provision of a “cook book”.This will also include providing warranty support.
In addition to the role you are expected to:
- Identify security risks and exposures during the analysis and how the design mitigates these risks. It may be possible you identify security risks that are not in-scope, however, you will be expected to call these out to ensure they are recognized to senior stakeholders who can then take action.
- Consider the impact on processes and controls based on the solution designed.
- Makes recommendations for changes and may implement agreed enhancements.
- Always look for solutions, rather than just call out the problems.
- Recognize that the company is a regulated financial institution and as such your conduct must align with the compliance needs.
Qualifications
Skills and experience:
A combination of several of the below should be covered:
- Sailpoint IIQ (Identity IQ), at least 5 to 8 years of experience implementing Sailpoint solution
- Proven experience upgrading Sailpoint products (IIQ, IQService and Connector Gateway)
- Proven experience upgrading the OS of the Sailpoint infrastructure, both running on Windows and Linux
- Good knowledge of the technologies below:
- Java, Web Services, XML
- IBM Websphere and Liberty
- MS-SQL, MY SQL, LDAP, Open LDAP
- Linux, Windows, AIX, Solaris, UNIX
- Professional certification in CISSP, CISA and CISA, or equivalent is a plus
- Design, Development & Implementation of Sailpoint plugins
- Is creative and sees the bigger picture when designing solutions
