Service Description:
We are seeking an experienced Intune Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Intune and its capabilities, with a proven track record of successfully deploying and managing Intune for enterprise environments. The successful candidate will primarily be an expert in MS Intune and have general knowledge about Microgreen,365 solutions and administration. This role requires a hands-on professional who can lead the strategy, adoption, implementation, and optimization of Intune to ensure secure and efficient device management across our organization, following the corporate guidelines and IT security requirements. It also requires someone who can present various options to reach an objective and guide management through the pro and cons aspects of each option.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune environments.
- Develop and implement Intune policies, configurations, and profiles to enforce security and compliance standards.
- Oversee the integration of Intune with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for Intune-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of Intune-managed devices.
- Conduct regular audits and reports on Intune performance, compliance, and usage.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of Intune with other enterprise systems.
- Educate and train IT staff and end-users on Intune features, best practices, and security protocols.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support hen required
- Stay current with the latest developments, updates, and best practices in Intune and related technologies.
- Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures, guidelines, and best practices for Intune management.
- Script in Powershell, python or SQL that will automate group and distribution list membership, reports, etc.
Requirements:
The ideal profile must meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, including deployment, configuration, and management in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), and device enrollment processes.
- Integration of Intune (cloud) with SCCM (on-prem) management solution is a must.
- Knowledge of Citrix MDM solution is a very big advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
- Have knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and the administration platforms and be able to intervene to fix issues or make changes.
- Have knowledge AD, AD Connect and EntraID solutions, be able to intervene to fix issues and make changes.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot, Endpoint Manager, and conditional access policies.
- Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Solid experience with MTR management from Intune, BYOD management and integration of Windows, Apple and Android systems into Intune.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong documentation skills to ensure all configurations are correctly and understandably documented
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or similar are a plus.
- Fluent in English (C1), French, Dutch, and German is a plus
