Developer Advocate & Relations Expert

Service description:

We are looking for a passionate Developer Advocate and Relations expert to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a bridge between our developer facing products and the developer community, fostering strong relationships and encouraging engagement with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for developers internally, ensuring their needs and concerns are understood and addressed by our teams.
• Provide technical guidance, support, and training to developers using our products.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, sample solutions, and discussions to drive awareness of our products.
• Create technical content for our blogs, forums, and social media channels.
• Work closely with our product and engineering teams to stay updated on product developments and provide feedback from developers.
• Take organizational and content creation ownership of our yearly Developer Conference.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a software developer.
• Previous experience as a developer advocate.
• Excellent Knowledge of English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the developer ecosystem and experience in developer relations, community management, or advocacy.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with developers.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
