Your Future Assignment: As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client’s digital ambition. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will define strategies, scope projects, and lead initiatives aimed at improving client journeys through digital servicing solutions. Based in Brussels, this role offers exposure to diverse regions and high-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product strategies and business goals in collaboration with senior management.
• Scope projects and develop deployment strategies, managing resources and relationships with internal and external providers.
• Understand business use cases and stakeholders’ needs, designing virtual agent personalities and conversation frameworks.
• Define KPIs and criteria for assessing conversation effectiveness, conducting continuous analysis to optimize user experience.
• Design and maintain conceptual data models to support conversations and business use cases.
• Gather and organize data for AI training, ensuring adherence to methodology standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive approaches and drive project success.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Financial Services projects, with direct involvement in IT projects and a strong understanding of corporate and/or institutional clients’ needs.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management and/or IT product management.
• Exposure to digital products and a passion for driving innovation in the financial sector.
